Base Salary
$134k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and manage Verily’s end-to-end Salesforce ecosystem and related integrations.
- Design technical architecture and develop secure, performant, resilient, and scalable solutions spanning multiple platforms.
- Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools supporting business stakeholders.
- Implement Salesforce solutions following platform best practices and conduct peer code reviews.
- Design, build, and test Salesforce enhancements such as custom objects, alerts, and page layouts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, business teams, and IT colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer in a scalable environment is required.
- At least 2 years of Apex and Lightning development experience is required, ideally including a Lightning migration.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud is required.
- Experience building integrations with REST API, Platform Events, and Streaming APIs is required.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce system limits and scalable platform design is required.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and Platform App Builder certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components and in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational influence skills are required.
