Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide technical solutions for the immediate team and broader teams.
- Lead best-practice implementation to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience designing and developing scalable software components using modern frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing complex system requirements.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Position based at the Pune office.
