Responsibilities

- Build and refine AI agents tailored to the revenue lifecycle.
- Stay embedded in regional operating rhythms like pipeline reviews and deal cycles.
- Own the reliability and quality of the systems you manage.
- Contribute to a shared knowledge hub by validating field signals.
- Recognize patterns and scale successful solutions across workflows.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure system adoption.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a GTM role with direct involvement in commercial motion.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools or workflows.
- Technical fluency to engage on integration architecture and evaluate outputs.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales workflows and GTM personas.
- Field credibility with experience in executive-level customer engagement.
- Track record of taking solutions from problem identification to field adoption.
- Comfort working across multiple workstreams and balancing engagement with system build.
