Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic workflows for production incidents.
- Engineer context and retrieval systems for information surfacing.
- Ship product features end-to-end from backend to React interfaces.
- Collaborate with platform and research teams to integrate AI capabilities.
- Own ambiguous projects, breaking them into milestones for delivery.
- Work directly with customers to refine features and validate product fit.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Production experience with LLMs or agent-based systems.
- Strong experience in Typescript, React, Postgres, and NestJS.
- Comfort with AI production realities like evaluations and error handling.
- Experience owning projects end-to-end in a startup environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on maintainable, scalable code.
