Responsibilities
- Design and architect MDM solutions using Stibo STEP functionality, custom workflows, business rules, and exports.
- Lead the development and implementation of reliable, accurate, and performant Master Data solutions.
- Develop and maintain scalable data models aligned with Auto Care standards and company needs.
- Design methods and metrics to improve product data quality and accuracy.
- Build integrations and ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and EventHub for subscribing systems.
- Develop solutions that feed e-commerce, search, and other subscribing systems.
- Use SQL with databases such as Salesforce and DB2 to format exported data for subscribing systems.
- Monitor and optimize MDM solution performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve data processing and integration speed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align MDM initiatives with business objectives.
- Train and support end users on MDM tools and systems.
Requirements
- Highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer with expertise in Master Data Management.
- Experience designing and developing MDM solutions with Stibo STEP, including workflows, business rules, and exports.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with subscribing systems and databases such as Salesforce and DB2.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, EventHub, data integration, and Azure data pipelines.
- Knowledge of data modeling, data quality, system integrations, e-commerce, and search systems.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams and provide end-user training.
