Base Salary
$100k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Identify architectural and internal design improvements for key product features.
- Develop clean, testable, scalable systems using various technologies.
- Deliver software on a sustainable schedule that maintains work-life balance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to find software solutions to challenges.
- Work as part of a cross-functional development team.
- Utilize Agentic AI coding in daily tasks.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, or 4+ years of programming experience.
- Professional experience with OOP concepts and design patterns using Java and JavaScript (ReactJS).
- Experience shipping multiple large, complex software projects.
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Experience working as part of a team software development effort.
- Strong time management skills to juggle competing priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Curiosity and a learning mindset for collaboration and mentoring.
