Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for trialing, new, and existing customers.
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex issues with build systems and integrations.
- Help customers optimize their use of EngFlow’s products.
- Partner with Engineering to track product bugs and feature feedback.
- Create and maintain internal and external documentation.
- Engage with the community via forums, Slack, GitHub, and conferences.
- Contribute to a culture of operational excellence through metrics and tooling improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development, technical support, or developer-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of developer workflows and build systems.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Go, C++, Java, Python, Rust, or JavaScript.
- Comfortable in a Linux/Unix environment with experience in Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with at least one cloud provider like AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenShift.
- Great communicator with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience writing or contributing to technical documentation.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping engineers.
