Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the production AI harness with assistant-style features.
- Drive developer automation and large-scale migration work.
- Take ownership of end-to-end systems beyond prompt-only or notebook-only work.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and owning end-to-end distributed systems.
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals including data structures and networking.
- Ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Hands-on experience with at least two programming languages: Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience building and deploying production-grade agents using relevant frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience developing evaluation frameworks for LLM-based systems.
