Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead demos, workshops, office hours, and enablement sessions for developers.
- Help engineering teams identify practical uses for AI coding tools across coding, testing, refactoring, documentation, and code review.
- Create reusable examples, patterns, guidance, FAQs, playbooks, demo scripts, and workshop materials.
- Develop guidance for responsible and productive use of agentic AI coding tools.
- Gather developer feedback and translate usage patterns, blockers, success stories, and risks into recommendations for platform and product teams.
- Represent developer perspectives to platform, tooling, risk, training, and leadership stakeholders.
- Build a community of AI coding tool champions and support cross-team knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to rollout planning, usage analysis, training, communications, and support strategies.
Requirements
- Software development experience with exposure to modern engineering workflows, pull requests, continuous integration and delivery, and developer tooling.
- Practical experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor, or Claude Code.
- Ability to assess where AI coding tools add value and where they introduce risk.
- Comfort leading demos, workshops, and enablement sessions for varied audiences.
- Clear, credible written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize feedback and usage patterns into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to build trust with engineers through practical, technically grounded guidance.
- Familiarity with enterprise software development lifecycle practices or regulated technology environments is a plus.
- Curiosity about developer workflows, bias toward experimentation and practical outcomes, and ability to collaborate across teams, regions, and experience levels.
