Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end NetSuite and Salesforce integration solutions using APIs, middleware, and integration tools.
- Serve as the technical lead for solution architecture, integration strategy, and best-practice standards.
- Analyze and document business processes to identify integration opportunities and improve workflow automation, data visibility, and accuracy.
- Provide hands-on leadership for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining integration processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues while maintaining reliable data synchronization and minimizing downtime.
- Ensure integrations meet security, compliance, scalability, and performance requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation, integration maps, and architecture diagrams.
- Collaborate with IT, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
- Monitor advancements in NetSuite, Salesforce, and integration technologies and recommend enhancements.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Expertise integrating NetSuite and Salesforce using middleware such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, Jitterbit, or Workato.
- Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, data transformation, and workflow automation principles.
- Strong background in solution and integration architecture, including scalable and secure enterprise solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
