Responsibilities
- Tackle engineering problems at scale and contribute to the architecture and implementation of distributed systems.
- Refactor complex monolithic systems into scalable modern distributed systems.
- Own major code design decisions and contribute to engineering standards.
- Help evolve the technology stack using AWS, C#, React, and Kubernetes.
- Enhance automated testing capabilities and test-driven development practices.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment workflows.
- Mentor and serve as a technical role model for fellow engineers.
- Collaborate across functions to align solution designs with product goals and technical standards.
Requirements
- Experience building high-quality, scalable software and working with distributed systems.
- Strong familiarity with modern technology stacks, test-driven development, and CI/CD tooling.
- Proven experience contributing to technical designs and making architectural decisions.
- Enthusiasm for mentoring and coaching team members.
- Comfort collaborating in an agile environment and participating in thoughtful code reviews.
