Responsibilities
- Build and maintain critical automation platforms for IT operations.
- Identify opportunities for automation and develop new processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to replace manual workflows with scalable systems.
- Provide Tier 2 and 3 support and troubleshooting for technical issues.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience developing scripts in Python, Terraform, or Bash.
- Solid understanding of GCP, Okta, and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of best practices for the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
