Responsibilities
- Support and improve continuous integration for code and data, automated testing, and release management across studio projects.
- Automate recurring manual steps involved in creating and delivering releases.
- Collaborate with Engine and Game C++ teams to identify and reduce process bottlenecks.
- Improve automated reporting of build and bake pipeline issues.
- Develop and maintain guidelines and practices for branch-based development workflows with CI.
- Maintain documentation for release processes and tools.
- Establish, advocate for, and support best practices and implemented solutions.
- Enable client teams to meet deadlines with appropriate quality guarantees.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of C++.
- Experience with CI automation servers, preferably GitLab.
- Experience with scripting languages, preferably Python.
- Experience working in cross-platform environments including Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android.
- Experience with build systems such as MSBuild, GCC/make, and Xcode.
- Strong familiarity with version-control systems such as SVN and Git.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and English technical-writing skills.
- University degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
- Good knowledge of Unix/Linux systems is desired.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is desired.
- Excellent spoken English is desired.
