Sr. Full-Stack Developer, AI Design-to-Dev

- Direct adoption of AI design tools such as v0.dev, bolt.new, and Lovable to accelerate application development.
- Define and enforce scalable, performant, accessible, production-ready full-stack architecture and technical standards.
- Lead integration of Figma design systems with AI-driven development and automate design-to-development handoffs.
- Manage Jira-based workflows, optimize team velocity, and maintain enterprise-level technical documentation.
- Partner across Strategy, Creative, and Technology teams to align AI-powered solutions with business objectives.
- Oversee backend services, databases, API design, authentication, and secure application patterns.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using platforms such as Supabase.
- Collaborate with UX Designers, AI Builders, and Innovation Leads throughout the development lifecycle.
- Mentor developers and AI builders while providing strategic technical leadership.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of full-stack development experience and at least 3+ years in a management capacity.
- Professional experience implementing AI design tools such as v0.dev, bolt.new, Lovable, or similar platforms.
- Experience implementing workflow automation such as N8N within a professional engineering team.
- Deep expertise in React, Vue, Nuxt, TypeScript, Python, PHP, and NodeJS.
- Expert knowledge of design systems, design tokens, and Tailwind CSS.
- Understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, deployment workflows, and enterprise security patterns.
- Strong backend development experience including REST, GraphQL, server-side logic, and database management.
- Proficiency with OAuth, JWT, and security best practices.
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma, design-system management, and component libraries.
- Portfolio demonstrating leadership of complex full-stack applications built with AI-augmented methodologies.
- Startup or rapid-prototyping experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, innovation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
