Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using Python, Django, React, and React Native.
- Build secure backend services, RESTful APIs, business logic, database integrations, and third-party integrations.
- Create responsive and accessible user interfaces and reusable React components.
- Develop and enhance cross-platform mobile applications with React Native.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Use AI tools, including Claude, to improve productivity and work quality while sharing adoption practices with teammates.
- Write maintainable and well-tested code, participate in code reviews, and contribute to engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot full-stack issues and improve application performance, stability, and usability.
- Participate in technical design discussions and help guide architectural decisions.
- Support automated testing, continuous integration, deployment, and production monitoring.
- Communicate progress, technical risks, and dependencies while supporting project delivery.
- Provide project oversight, mentor colleagues, and contribute through leadership, presentations, and coaching.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Python, Django, React, and React Native.
- Experience building scalable web and mobile applications, backend services, user interfaces, and integrations.
- Consultative problem-solving skills and the ability to align digital solutions with client business goals.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools or a strong willingness to experiment with, learn, and champion AI adoption.
- Claude Certified Developer or Architect is highly preferred.
- Ability to understand and exceed client expectations and oversee project deliverables.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate colleagues in a high-growth organization.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated creativity, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, continuous-learning mindset, and ability to work effectively in a team.
