Responsibilities
- Build and maintain self-deployable, self-service environments for development and QA teams.
- Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes across hybrid cloud, on-premises, and bare-metal environments.
- Develop infrastructure as code and automation using Terraform, Python, Bash, and related tools.
- Provision custom bare-metal images and infrastructure using Packer and MaaS.
- Improve build and release acceleration by integrating Nexus/JFrog Artifactory and self-managed artifact repositories.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD workflow actions and pipeline automation using GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and related tools.
- Manage containerized environments, storage services, artifact repositories, and virtualized infrastructure.
- Continuously improve infrastructure reliability, deployment speed, flexibility, and repeatability.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience deploying applications within Kubernetes using tools such as Helm or ArgoCD.
- Experience with Docker and configuration management using Ansible or similar tools.
- Experience with monitoring and metrics using Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent technologies.
- Strong Bash scripting skills and basic Linux proficiency for infrastructure management.
- Experience developing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or GitLab, Jenkins, YAML, Groovy, and related tools.
- Preferred experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or other cloud providers.
- Preferred Linux administration, networking, troubleshooting, on-premises Kubernetes administration, and virtualization experience.
- Preferred programming knowledge in Python or Golang and experience automating or optimizing CI/CD systems.
