Base Salary
$84k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers and partners to identify, design, and certify key GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform.
- Provide platform configuration guidance and best practices to customers regarding innovative solutions using Esri technology.
- Identify the value of location within customer workflows and drive substantial return on their investment in Esri's enterprise platform.
- Recommend relevant strategies, architectures, and solutions and prepare implementation and migration strategies with customers.
- Present complex GIS technical demonstrations to various levels of staff in diverse customer organizations.
- Collaborate with customer IT organizations to align their technical objectives and business goals with Esri's technology.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in a similar position.
- Experience designing, implementing, and/or administrating enterprise GIS solutions leveraging the ArcGIS platform.
- Proven experience with Esri's software capabilities including mapping, spatial analysis, and data management.
- Ability to craft and propose solutions that clarify how GIS brings business value.
- Proven experience with GIS workflow automation patterns.
- Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- US citizenship with Active or Current Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, mathematics, GIS, or a related field.
