Base Salary
$130k - $500k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop backend infrastructure for contract-related workflows, payouts, fraud, and other platform operations.
- Design and maintain systems that provision and deprovision access just in time.
- Build reliable, scalable backend services from ambiguous operational requirements.
- Improve security, reliability, and developer ergonomics across foundational platform systems.
- Collaborate with engineering leads and cross-functional partners on high-priority platform initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building production systems at scale.
- Experience with identity, access control, or enterprise access management is a strong plus.
- Ability to work through ambiguous requirements and deliver practical, reliable systems quickly.
- Strong ownership and willingness to work on foundational systems supporting multiple parts of the business.
- Strong backend engineering skills and sound architectural judgment.
