Base Salary

Responsibilities

  • Architect and drive the technological evolution of next-generation synthetic data and Digital World generation systems for large-scale model training, simulation, and evaluation.
  • Build Digital City, Digital Twin, World Model, virtual-world generation, and closed-loop simulation capabilities.
  • Develop 3D/4D scene reconstruction and spatial modeling systems, including multi-view reconstruction, Gaussian Splatting, NeRF, SLAM/SfM, and spatiotemporal scene modeling.
  • Build synthetic data production engines for perception, prediction, planning, VLA, and robot model training.
  • Apply Generative AI, Diffusion, World Model, and Physics Simulation technologies to simulation and data generation.
  • Develop Digital City simulation capabilities for scenario reproduction, playback verification, long-tail problem mining, and automated evaluation.
  • Collaborate with autonomous driving, robotics, simulation platform, data infrastructure, and training platform teams.
  • Define synthetic data quality standards and evaluation systems covering authenticity, diversity, generalization, and Sim2Real performance.
  • Build and platformize the synthetic data team and technology stack for large-scale production deployment.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Computer Vision, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
  • R&D experience in synthetic data, simulation systems, 3D vision, neural rendering, embodied intelligence, or related areas.
  • In-depth knowledge of 3D reconstruction and spatial modeling, including SfM, SLAM, NeRF, Gaussian Splatting, Differentiable Rendering, and Photogrammetry.
  • Relevant project experience in Digital Twin, Digital City, simulation platforms, or large-scale virtual scene generation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with multimodal large models, World Model, Generative AI, Diffusion, Reinforcement Learning, and data-driven model training systems.
  • R&D experience with large-scale distributed systems, data generation platforms, or high-performance rendering systems.
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine, Unity, Omniverse, physics simulation engines, or graphics rendering pipelines is preferred.
  • Excellent system architecture, cross-team collaboration, and complex project delivery capabilities.
  • Demonstrated interest and technical exploration ability in embodied intelligence, World Model, and Digital World generation.
