Base Salary
$128k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Help establish roadmap and architecture based on technology and understanding of customer needs.
- Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable code.
- Lead large projects from idea to positive execution.
- Unblock, support, and communicate with external and internal partners to achieve results.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge.
- Share knowledge through brown bags, tech talks, and promote engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with high-level programming languages; experience with Python and Go is a plus.
- BS/MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong background in distributed systems and proficiency in relational or NoSQL databases.
- Proven experience in designing, debugging, and managing fault-tolerant, highly available, large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience working with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure).
- Preferred: Experience with machine learning and building LLM applications.
- Nice to have: Proficiency in AI tools.
