Responsibilities

  • Design and build deployable proof-of-concepts or prototypes for communication and collaboration services.
  • Engineer scalable and secure collaboration platforms, including chat, conferencing, file-sharing, and workflow automation systems.
  • Apply software, security, DevOps, and SRE practices to improve deployments, reliability, uptime, and responsiveness.
  • Build analytics pipelines and observability dashboards to monitor platform health.
  • Document explored technologies and present findings to management and users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on collaboration experience improvements, feature enhancements, AI, and automation.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate student status is required.
  • Proficiency with Python, PowerShell, or similar programming languages.
  • Exposure to DevOps and SRE practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to explore new tools.
