Base Salary
$100k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve the personalization and data platform.
- Design high-performance backend services in Go and full-stack features in React + TypeScript.
- Build RAG pipelines and LLM-powered product features.
- Drive CI/CD and infrastructure maturity via GitHub Actions, Terraform, and AWS.
- Design and ship multi-agent systems using LangGraph or custom orchestration.
- Break down the multi-language codebase into AI-addressable modules.
- Own the agentic development scaffolding for team effectiveness.
- Use agentic coding tools to enhance team productivity.
- Build shared configurations and custom tool integrations.
- Automate engineering toil and build necessary tooling.
- Track and share measurable productivity gains.
- Run pairing sessions and workshops to build AI capability.
- Define practical AI engineering standards.
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers.
- Partner with Engineering Leadership on AI adoption.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership.
- Expert in TypeScript and production-grade Go.
- Strong React and modern frontend architecture experience.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, preferably Anthropic Claude.
- Solid understanding of RAG architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD, Terraform, and AWS in production.
