Base Salary
$152k - $179k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy end-to-end user-facing compliance platform features using Golang, React, and cloud technologies.
- Assess, select, and implement third-party tools and vendor integrations.
- Collaborate with product, design, security, and data teams on compliance and customer experience solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable, high-traffic services using distributed systems patterns and event-driven architectures across AWS and Kubernetes.
- Mentor engineers on design patterns, coding standards, testing strategies, and deployment practices.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience building large-scale, user-facing systems.
- Experience with Golang, React, and cloud technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Hands-on knowledge of distributed systems patterns including rate limiters, circuit breakers, caching, load balancing, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with event-driven technologies such as Kafka or MQ and proficiency with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Ability to contribute to technical architecture decisions and communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to use generative AI responsibly while maintaining human oversight and improving workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
