Base Salary
$100k - $117k/yr
Responsibilities
- Configure and develop ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities for large-scale migration and modernization initiatives.
- Gather requirements, elaborate user stories, design workflows, and validate solutions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer workflows, integrations, reports, and dashboards.
- Build proof-of-concepts and rapid prototypes to assess technical approaches.
- Support IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, import sets, transform maps, migration validation, and technical issue resolution.
- Participate in estimation, code reviews, unit and system testing, deployments, post-production stabilization, and other software development lifecycle activities.
- Coordinate with technical leads and globally distributed delivery teams to maintain implementation standards and deliver projects successfully.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
- Hands-on experience implementing or configuring ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
- Strong JavaScript development and ServiceNow scripting expertise.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, reporting, and dashboards.
- Experience supporting Agile delivery, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders on requirements, solution design, and implementation.
- At least 4 years of experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, OpenShift, or comparable platforms.
- Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required.
- Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is required.
- Active ServiceNow CIS-IRM or ServiceNow Risk & Compliance certification is required.
- Preferred qualifications include Archer-to-ServiceNow or other enterprise GRC migrations, AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, financial services experience, regulated-enterprise experience, and global onsite/offshore delivery experience.
