Base Salary
$100k - $117k/yr
Responsibilities
- Configure and develop ServiceNow IRM/GRC capabilities for platform migration and modernization initiatives.
- Gather requirements, elaborate user stories, design workflows, and validate solutions with client technical and business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Support IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, import sets, transform maps, migration validation, and technical issue resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation, code reviews, unit testing, system testing, deployments, and post-production stabilization.
- Build proof-of-concepts and rapid prototypes and collaborate with technical leads and globally distributed delivery teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
- Hands-on experience implementing or configuring ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
- Strong JavaScript development and ServiceNow scripting expertise.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, reporting, and dashboard development.
- At least 4 years of experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, OpenShift, or comparable platforms.
- Experience with Agile delivery, testing, deployment, production support, and stakeholder-facing implementation activities.
- Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
- Active ServiceNow CIS-IRM or ServiceNow Risk & Compliance certification.
- Preferred qualifications include Archer-to-ServiceNow migration, enterprise GRC modernization, Claude or similar AI-assisted development tools, financial services, regulated enterprise, and global onsite/offshore delivery experience.
