Base Salary
$72k - $108k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop new application solutions, features, enhancements, and break/fix implementations aligned with business needs.
- Design, code, test, debug, maintain, and document application components and system solutions.
- Configure and customize Encompass solutions, including plugins, workflow rules, web input forms, and task-based processing.
- Perform unit and component testing, peer code reviews, quality reviews, and operational readiness activities.
- Analyze technical requirements and recommend pragmatic engineering solutions that meet performance, architecture, and business objectives.
- Provide technical support during incidents, analyze outages, assess impact, and help coordinate resolution communications.
- Collaborate with product managers, product owners, business teams, vendors, IT support, and other technology partners.
- Identify automation, process improvement, defect-prevention, remediation, and cost-effectiveness opportunities.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree, postgraduate degree, or technical certificate.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong academic background in computer science, engineering, or a related area.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Encompass configuration experience preferred.
- Business analysis experience preferred.
- Underwriting experience preferred.
- Deep data reporting experience preferred.
- Software engineering experience preferred.
- Website design and Encompass web experience preferred.
- Must be located within TD’s stated footprint: CT, DE, FL, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, VT, VA, or DC.
