Base Salary
$136k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve scalable cloud platforms supporting customer-facing applications.
- Develop self-service capabilities and automation tools to accelerate delivery and improve operational efficiency.
- Define cloud infrastructure patterns and best practices with engineers, architects, and technology leaders.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance while driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Consult with internal stakeholders to evolve cloud platforms and optimize performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
- Design and deploy resilient cloud architectures and manage CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience with 7+ years in technology roles.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience building cloud infrastructure, with Azure preferred and AWS or Google Cloud considered.
- At least 3 years of scripting or coding experience using Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
- Expertise in cloud networking, storage, virtualization, access control, and hybrid environments.
- Experience designing and deploying resilient cloud architectures and managing CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Azure DevOps or TeamCity.
- Strong leadership skills, including mentoring teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Passion for automation and eliminating manual processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Benefits

- Full-time hourly or commission/incentive-eligible associates may earn up to 48 hours of sick time and 80 to 200 hours of vacation annually after a 90-day waiting period, depending on tenure.
- Full-time salaried associates receive paid time away as needed with no specified limit, subject to manager approval.
- Eligible associates receive pay for six scheduled holidays and one floating holiday, with holiday premium pay when applicable.
- May be eligible for bonus and equity.
- Richmond, Virginia work arrangement requires onsite work four days per week; Plano, Texas requires onsite work two days per week.
