Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and troubleshoot scalable custom software components and applications.
- Develop and implement solutions using ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and provide solutions across immediate and adjacent teams.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
- Apply system integration and automation techniques to optimize operational workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of overall experience is stated, with at least 8 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management required in the additional information.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management is required.
- Experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is required.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks is required.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues within integrated systems is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
