Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, resilient backend systems, APIs, and components for web, mobile, and third-party integrations.
- Optimize system performance and implement security and compliance best practices for AML, KYC, data privacy, and gaming regulations.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines supporting analytics, fraud detection, geolocation, and regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with product, security, compliance, and data teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis to maintain system stability and security.
- Mentor junior engineers, promote engineering best practices, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing, building, and scaling high-performance backend systems.
- Strong expertise in Python for backend development, automation, and data processing.
- Proficiency in API development, CI/CD processes, and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with data pipeline architecture, analytics, and geolocation-based access controls.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Familiarity with security, AML, KYC, data privacy, and system performance tuning.
- Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
