Responsibilities
- Analyze SAP Finance client needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Develop ABAP programs, enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms for finance process transformation.
- Debug, test, and resolve ABAP and SAP Finance integration issues.
- Collaborate with functional teams on data flows, requirements validation, and technical design.
- Support SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, migrations, and optimization efforts.
- Prepare technical specifications, unit test results, and implementation documentation.
- Manage assigned workstreams, review deliverables, mentor junior team members, and build client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 3 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- SAP ABAP development experience in finance transformation programs preferred.
- SAP Core ERP knowledge across finance, customer, or supply chain processes preferred.
- Master's or MBA in business administration, commerce, computer and information science, finance, information technology, or management information systems preferred.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, interpret data, guide junior team members, and navigate ambiguity.
