Responsibilities
- Develop Salesforce applications and configured components for client business needs.
- Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions across Salesforce platforms.
- Build custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation to improve process efficiency.
- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs, data mapping, and middleware tools.
- Troubleshoot application issues and resolve defects across development, testing, and deployment stages.
- Review code, configuration, and solution designs for quality and maintainable architecture.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to refine technical approaches and align solutions with business objectives.
- Support release planning, testing activities, and deployment readiness for Salesforce initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members through technical guidance, peer review, and knowledge sharing.
- Interpret data and system behavior to identify improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- At least 3 years of experience is required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English is required.
- A master's or Master of Business Administration degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems is preferred.
- Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Lightning knowledge in client work is preferred.
- Analytical thinking, data interpretation, collaboration, and the ability to navigate ambiguity are preferred.
