Base Salary
$210k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain large-scale backend systems.
- Focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and implement new features.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
- Prioritize effectively and architect systems from the ground up.
- Navigate ambiguous problem domains and deliver high-quality projects on schedule.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Passion for building large-scale systems in a cloud-native environment, preferably AWS.
- Strong command of at least one programming language, preferably Go and/or Java.
- Experience in designing large-scale systems and maintaining high-quality code.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
