Base Salary
$133k - $157k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain enterprise AI agents.
- Take full-stack ownership by writing production-ready and testable code.
- Create scalable, reliable, performant technical designs following architectural best practices.
- Analyze failures, propose design changes, and improve operational practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on engineering best practices and compliance procedures.
- Ensure product development follows compliance and security best practices.
- Contribute to technology transformation, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Prioritize and size work for incremental delivery and communicate blockers and delays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Six to eight years of relevant experience.
- Eight or more years of development and architectural experience preferred.
- Expertise in Python and understanding of Java and C# preferred.
- Experience building full-stack applications with React.js and TypeScript preferred.
- Experience building applications using API architectures, authentication flows, encryption, and observability preferred.
- Experience developing and deploying GenAI and agentic AI applications using MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or Azure AI Foundry preferred.
- Experience developing RAG solutions with vector databases using Azure AI Services or FAISS preferred.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot and understanding of Copilot Studio preferred.
- Fundamental understanding of AI/ML models and prompt engineering preferred.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration preferred.
