Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure cloud-based applications using C#, .NET Core, SQL, Azure, and Angular.
- Contribute to architecture, platform strategy, modernization, cloud migration, and technical design decisions.
- Establish coding standards, design patterns, development practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Write, review, maintain, test, and deploy high-quality software with unit, integration, and automated testing.
- Drive adoption of DevOps, microservices, containerization, messaging, caching, observability, and automated pipelines.
- Mentor and coach engineers and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and design discussions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and guide root-cause analysis to support system reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale applications on the Microsoft stack, including C#, .NET Core or .NET Framework, SQL Server, and Azure.
- Experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL optimization, schema design, and stored procedures.
- Experience with Azure App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Storage, Key Vault, Azure SQL, and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, object-oriented design, design patterns, SOLID, and domain-driven design.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Git, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or ARM.
- Experience with XUnit, NUnit, Moq, automated testing, and test-driven or behavior-driven development.
- Ability to mentor engineers and demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, adaptability, ownership, and collaboration.
- Healthcare standards experience such as HIPAA, HITRUST, or SOC2 is preferred.
- Experience designing, developing, or integrating AI-driven systems, AI agents, LLMs, vector databases, machine learning frameworks, scalable APIs, MCPs, AI governance, or production AI workloads is preferred.
