Responsibilities
- Design and develop Java applications in alignment with business requirements.
- Lead and mentor technical teams in Java programming best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system requirements and design solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of Java-based systems.
- Conduct code reviews and performance tuning to optimize application performance.
- Research and recommend innovative technologies and approaches to improve system architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- Oracle Certified Professional certification.
- Experience or skills with Apache Kafka.
- Proficiency in English at C2 level.
- Demonstrated people leadership, client relations, risk management, storytelling, and stakeholder collaboration capabilities.
