Requirements

- Clear communication skills for a remote-first, async-friendly environment.
- Curiosity about web3, biotech, or open science; prior experience is not required.
- Blockchain or smart-contract development experience is preferred.
- A background in science, research, or scientific data is preferred.
- Open-source contributions are preferred.
