Base Salary
$144k - $214k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and operate ML training and serving infrastructure for the CreativeFlux platform.
- Deploy and manage GPU-based training and inference workloads on EKS, including scheduling, autoscaling, quotas, and multi-GPU job support.
- Integrate generative image, video, and audio models into production inference pipelines.
- Build training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and checkpointing pipelines on EKS and SageMaker.
- Optimize GPU utilization, inference throughput, latency, batching, quantization, model compilation, and serving frameworks.
- Develop automated model evaluation pipelines and quality metrics, including human-in-the-loop review where needed.
- Integrate model capabilities with Digital Content Creation tools such as Adobe Animate, After Effects, Maya, and Storyboard Pro.
- Own endpoint monitoring, alerting, on-call response, capacity planning, and post-incident analysis.
- Write tested code and participate in design and code reviews.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems for reliability and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year of experience developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years covering the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, builds, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: strong hands-on experience with EKS and Kubernetes.
