Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs and architectures.
- Design and develop user interfaces for web, mobile, and tablet platforms.
- Build clean, maintainable software components, services, APIs, microservices, and extensibility models.
- Solve distributed-systems problems involving scheduling, resource management, messaging, distributed caching, and infrastructure automation.
- Apply machine learning and AI systems, including generative AI agents, to real-world business problems.
- Develop prototypes and demos and contribute to agile software delivery.
- Create automation systems for testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
- Design data visualizations and commercial dashboards.
- Teach clients how to build and deliver commercial software and services at scale.
- Build relationships with clients and travel regularly when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- 3–5+ years of experience with Angular or similar frontend frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, PostgreSQL, and Temporal.
- Knowledge of generative AI and building agents.
- Experience designing robust APIs and microservices using Java, Python, FastAPI, and OpenAPI.
- Experience integrating authentication and authorization with Keycloak, OAuth2, OIDC, and Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with D3, Highcharts, Plotly.js, Ember Charts, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience with test-driven development and unit testing.
- Knowledge of frontend performance best practices and experience working in complex codebases.
- Strong understanding of software engineering, agile delivery, cloud, and distributed-systems architectures.
- Ability to communicate clearly with developers, clients, customers, partners, and executives.
- Experience leading and growing technical talent is additionally noted for software engineering managers.
