Responsibilities

  • Build production services in Python and C# based on designs from senior engineers, leads, or managers.
  • Develop UI functionality using Angular.
  • Build and integrate features using AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, EKS, and related services.
  • Integrate LLM-backed capabilities using Anthropic Claude APIs, MCP, and related platform services.
  • Contribute to AI Governance capabilities across explain, observe, and prevent areas.
  • Write unit, integration, and service-level tests.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintainable implementation patterns.
  • Estimate work, communicate progress, and flag risks, dependencies, and scope concerns.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience shipping production code and solid software engineering fundamentals.
  • Working proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and Angular, with additional hands-on experience or familiarity in C#.
  • Hands-on daily experience with an AI coding tool such as Claude Code, AWS Kiro, OpenAI Codex, or a comparable tool.
  • Basic familiarity with AWS compute and serverless services.
  • Baseline understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, use cases, and effective direction.
  • Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs and use AI-assisted tools responsibly.
  • Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, or a comparable agentic framework is a plus.
  • Preferred experience includes LLM-backed products, Anthropic Claude APIs, MCP integrations, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, EKS, and AI Governance or responsible AI capabilities.
