Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, optimize, and secure GitLab CI/CD pipelines with automated vulnerability scanning and compliance gates.
- Standardize deployment templates and pipeline workflows to improve development velocity.
- Deploy, configure, and scale ERP testing platforms including Tricentis Tosca, qTest, NeoLoad, and LiveCompare.
- Manage hybrid deployments integrating containerized services on EKS with monolithic applications on EC2.
- Manage and scale AWS infrastructure across EKS, EC2, S3, and RDS.
- Implement IAM, VPC, least-privilege, and other cloud security controls.
- Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting across EKS and EC2 environments.
- Troubleshoot environment failures and performance bottlenecks and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or Cloud/Systems Engineering managing production environments.
- Hands-on AWS experience with operational expertise in EKS, Kubernetes deployments, service networking, and EC2 management.
- Experience building, securing, and maintaining complex pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Bash for automation.
- Experience integrating SAST, DAST, container scanning, and secret-detection tools into CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work independently, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with testing and QA engineering leads.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Experience installing, configuring, or upgrading ERP software testing tools is desired.
- Experience managing cloud environments with Terraform is desired.
- Familiarity with AWS RDS configuration, tuning, and migrations is desired.
