Base Salary
$130k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and optimize AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for complex business requirements.
- Build LLM-powered applications including Retrieval-Augmented Generation, AI agents, conversational AI platforms, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Develop document intelligence and information extraction solutions for structured and unstructured data.
- Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and production-ready applications with business and technical stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize AI model performance, scalability, reliability, and accuracy.
- Contribute to AI solution architecture, best practices, governance standards, and responsible AI implementation.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, application development, or related technology disciplines.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong experience with Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models, and modern AI development frameworks.
- Experience building RAG solutions, AI agents, conversational AI applications, and intelligent automation platforms.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
- Experience integrating AI services with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts, model evaluation, prompt engineering, and AI application lifecycle management.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, cloud platforms, document intelligence, MLOps, LLMOps, AI observability, model monitoring, Responsible AI, governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
