Responsibilities
- Understand customer workflows, use cases, and jobs to be done
- Build AI agents that simplify and eliminate tedious, error-prone tasks
- Develop the realtime platform for finance teams to collaborate with one another and with agents
- Design and scale APIs and CLI to enable interoperability
- Improve engineering practices, documentation, tools, and agentic coding environments
- Maintain high standards of data security, reliability, and compliance
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Experience building with AI agents, LLM-powered systems, or workflow automation
- A product mindset focused on users and outcomes
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with uncertainty
- High ownership and willingness to wear multiple hats
- Ability to learn, adapt, and build across the stack
- Experience with functional languages, Rails, Django, or modern frontend stacks is helpful but not required
