Base Salary
$167k - $278k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end engagement outcomes, including scoping, technical direction, tradeoffs, production readiness, and business results.
- Embed with clients to define problems and translate ambiguous business needs into secure, executable technical solutions.
- Act as the primary technical interface and trusted advisor for technical and senior business stakeholders.
- Design and build critical solution components while working deeply in client systems, data, codebases, and legacy environments.
- Deploy, adapt, release, and stabilize solutions in client environments while owning runtime accountability.
- Direct supporting Implementation Engineers and Data Engineers to deliver coherent integrations, orchestration, and data readiness.
- Ensure deployments meet safety, integrity, regulatory, and cost constraints in partnership with control and cyber stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years delivering complex enterprise systems, ideally in regulated or client-facing contexts.
- Hands-on engineering depth across integration-heavy architectures, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
- Experience with AI-enabled application stacks, including agentic systems, orchestration frameworks, and LLM-backed services.
- Proven experience in forward-deployed, customer-facing, or solution-architecture roles with end-to-end outcome ownership.
- Ability to lead a small technical team while remaining an individual contributor.
- Strong stakeholder-management, client-communication, technical judgment, and tradeoff-communication skills.
- Understanding of software delivery lifecycle, quality gates, and enterprise production readiness.
- Experience deploying solutions to cloud, on-premises, hybrid, or air-gapped client environments.
- Experience with AI governance, security, or cost controls in production environments is preferred.
- Exposure to regulated delivery contexts such as financial services, tax, healthcare, or risk platforms is preferred.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is ideally preferred.
