Base Salary
$235k - $294k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the multi-year technical roadmap for Audit Logging and Unified Security Visibility.
- Design fault-tolerant, high-throughput audit and telemetry pipelines in Go.
- Architect the Unified Security Dashboard to aggregate security signals into a coherent view.
- Design and deliver integrations with leading SIEM platforms.
- Lead the redesign of audit log infrastructure for compliance-grade event records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-fidelity security telemetry.
- Establish logging schema standards and observability engineering practices.
- Mentor and develop engineers across Security Products and adjacent teams.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years in audit logging and security telemetry.
- Expertise in Go and experience designing gRPC-based microservices.
- Hands-on knowledge of Apache Flink, Apache Kafka, or similar stream processing frameworks.
- Proven history of developing security visibility platforms and complex SIEM integrations.
- Understanding of audit requirements for frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, SQL, and analytical data stores.
- Track record of leading cross-functional platform initiatives and effective communication.
