Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, deploy, test, maintain, and optimize Power Automate workflows and RPA bots.
- Build and support Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps integrated with enterprise systems and data sources.
- Design, customize, deploy, and maintain responsive Power Pages web solutions.
- Develop and integrate Copilot Studio AI assistants and chatbots with enterprise systems.
- Gather requirements, translate business processes into technical use cases, and guide business stakeholders through implementation.
- Develop APIs and custom connectors and implement monitoring and analytics for solution performance and usage.
- Create test plans, test cases, test scripts, test results, documentation, training materials, and knowledge base content.
- Manage development work through Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks using the approved ALM tool.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, enhancements, maintenance, and occasional scheduled non-core-hours or weekend support.
- Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, governance, accessibility, scalability, and performance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science and 5–7+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust requiring U.S. Citizenship.
- Demonstrated experience designing and deploying RPA solutions with Power Automate Desktop and cloud flows.
- Proficiency developing and deploying Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Experience designing, developing, and customizing Power Pages solutions.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying Copilot Studio AI-powered assistants and chatbots.
- Experience with API development, custom connectors, enterprise integrations, Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and other enterprise data sources.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development and ALM tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub.
- Understanding of security, data privacy, compliance, and governance standards in the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Experience producing technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, or Azure AI certifications; Power BI experience; responsive design and WCAG 2.1 familiarity; citizen developer and end-user training experience; government or regulated-enterprise experience; JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Liquid knowledge; and Azure AI Services or LLM integration experience.
