Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues affecting multi-component business systems.
- Create and implement Requests for Change to improve system functionality and stability.
- Collaborate with vendors, service management teams, internal stakeholders, and multiple technical teams.
- Act as an SME and contribute to team decisions and solutions across teams.
- Lead process documentation and updates to knowledge-base resources.
- Guide junior team members and facilitate skill development.
Requirements
- Proficiency in PHP is required.
- At least three years of experience is required, with an additional stated minimum of five years of PHP experience.
- Experience with TYPO3 CMS and server-side scripting is expected.
- Experience with HTML is preferred; familiarity with CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, Composer, Git, Docker, and DDEV-based local development is relevant.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues in multi-component systems is required.
- Familiarity with change-management processes and incident-management frameworks is required.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
