Responsibilities
- Build and ship simple, valuable AI-powered features for customers.
- Write clean, scalable, reusable code and participate in code reviews, unit testing, and automated test coverage.
- Own software work from requirements and design through implementation, test automation, and delivery.
- Design software and APIs that customers can extend and customize.
- Build accessible, performant, componentized interfaces for web, workspace, and mobile experiences.
- Investigate and resolve customer-reported defects and escalations across client, server, and platform layers.
- Design and implement new products and features while enhancing the existing product suite.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with Java or a similar object-oriented language and strong JavaScript skills.
- Experience with a modern UI framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, performance, and scale considerations.
- Experience building or consuming APIs.
- Experience with test automation and web accessibility.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and design skills.
- Working knowledge of IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration, and Unix tools.
- Experience integrating or critically evaluating AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Generative AI or LLM-based feature experience, including prompting, grounding, or evaluating output quality, is preferred.
