Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Define technical vision and architectural frameworks for bespoke software projects.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Lead and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless integration and delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement in development processes and product quality.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM, Certification Management, Discovery, and integration expertise.
- Knowledge of IT operations management principles and best practices.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration in IT service management environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
