Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software solutions and Workday integration components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Debug and troubleshoot integration issues in complex environments.
- Improve software performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations, Workday Studio, and Workday Accounting Center.
- Strong understanding of integration design patterns and middleware technologies.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting integration issues in complex environments.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
