Responsibilities
- Build clean, scalable, reusable software using sound engineering architecture and development practices.
- Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements and own work from design and implementation through automated testing and delivery.
- Design software that customers can easily extend and customize.
- Help design and implement new products and features while enhancing the existing product suite.
- Use code reviews, unit testing, debugging, build tools, source control, profilers, ServiceNow instances, and Unix or system administration tools as part of daily development.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with backend technologies such as Java or a similar object-oriented language.
- Experience with JavaScript and the Web, including reusability and componentization.
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance and scalability considerations.
- Experience with a modern UI framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Ability to apply analytical and software design skills.
- Experience leveraging or critically evaluating AI for work processes, decision-making, problem-solving, workflow automation, or AI-driven insights.
